A specialist in numerous types of laser eye surgery, micro-incision “no-stitch” cataract surgery and corneal transplants, Dr. Bernd Kutzscher has performed laser vision correction since the excimer laser was first approved in 1995. He has also participated in the Stanford Eye Laser program since it opened in 1996.

He also provides international surgical care and teaching as part of Project Orbis, which brings surgery services and training to developing countries around the world.
